- Open ski Track
Better balance better edging
- Outside ski
There is more weight on the outside ski and this is leading you in to the next turn. The inside ski is running with it, but there is not so much weight on it!!
- Vertical Movements (up, down)
At the end of a turn you must take off the weight of the ski with a little up motion in order to change the edge. In the turn you are going continues down and put the pressure on the outside ski.
- Complete Turn
We split the turn into 3 parts
1. Preperation turn
2. Main turn
3. End of the turn
- Preperation turn
In the first part of the turn you have to transfer your weight and change the edges.
- Main turn
In the main turn you have to start to build up the basic position you start get more pressure along the inside edge of the outside ski.
- End of the turn
You try to get your knees and your hip really towards the hill. You get the most pressure on the outside ski, your body is in a low position.
